Introduction to Business Process Management, Process Identification, Process Modeling, Petri Nets, UML (Unified Modeling Language Business Process Modelling Profile), BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation), Process Discovery Methods, Qualitative and Quantitative Process Analysis, Process Reengineering, Process Automation, Process Intelligence, Process Performance Analysis, Service-Oriented Business Process Architectures, Business Process Orchestration and Choreography, Business Process Execution with BPEL (Business Process Execution Language), Practice in the ORACLE BPM environment.
